- Maintain inward, outward, stock transfer, return, and rejection records.
- Proper maintenance of store records and documentation.
- Prevent material damage, loss, and unauthorized issuance.
- Verify quantities against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Timely reporting of shortages and non-moving stock.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records
