Mangwale is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, meet potential customers, build relationships, and convert leads into revenue. The role involves field visits, customer meetings, pitching Mangwale's services, and helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new customers, local businesses, and potential partners.
- Meet customers in person to explain Mangwale's services and business advantages.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Convert potential customers into active business partners and generate revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate business terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of customer meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.

Requirements

- Good communication, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with new people.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Sales experience is an advantage.
