Tele Collections Executive – Bangalore

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Salary:

Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Freshers: Graduates from any discipline with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.

12th Pass: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Tele Collections, Collections, Customer Service, NBFC, or BFSI.

Experienced Candidates: Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Education: Graduate in any discipline OR 12th Pass with minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

Age Limit: Below 30 years.

Language Requirement — Any ONE Combination

English + Hindi, OR

English + any 2 South Indian languages

(Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam)

Key Responsibilities





Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for overdue Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts.

Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments.

Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.

Maintain customer interaction records and payment commitments in CRM.

Coordinate with field collection teams and backend operations.

Handle customer queries, escalations, and disputes professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Follow company collection processes, policies, and quality standards.

Preferred: Experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan / EMI Collections / NBFC / BFSI will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
