About the Company

Good Old Delight (GOD) is a Mumbai-based advertising and marketing agency specialising in the real estate sector. We work with leading real estate brands across the MMR region, offering integrated solutions across creative, digital, performance marketing, influencer marketing and PR.

We are looking for enthusiastic and client-focused professionals to join our Account Management team and manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams and ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects.

1. Senior Account Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Preferred Background: Advertising, Marketing, Media or Real Estate Agencies

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, performance marketing, influencer marketing and PR teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations.
- Review campaign deliverables and ensure they meet client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular status updates.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts.
- Handle client feedback, resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Track account performance, project progress and deliverables.




- Coordinate billing, payment follow-ups and other account-related activities.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing or a similar role.
- Preference for candidates from advertising, marketing, media or real estate agencies.
- Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Positive understanding of advertising, digital marketing and brand communication.
- Strong coordination, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines.
- A proactive approach to managing client expectations and resolving challenges.
- Experience handling real estate clients will be an advantage.

2. Junior Account Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Preferred Background: Advertising, Marketing, Media or Real Estate Agencies

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and account activities.
- Coordinate with internal creative, digital, performance marketing, influencer marketing and PR teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate briefs to the relevant teams.




- Follow up on project timelines, pending approvals and deliverables.
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports and basic presentations.
- Maintain records of client communication, project updates and deliverables.
- Ensure timely sharing of updates and materials with clients.
- Assist in reviewing deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Support senior team members in managing client accounts and campaigns.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects progress as planned.

Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Preference for candidates from advertising, marketing, media or real estate agencies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about advertising, digital marketing and brand communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
