About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced qualified to drive business expansion through strategic property acquisition, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion.

-Conduct market research and property feasibility analysis.

-Negotiate rentals, lease terms, security deposits, and commercial agreements.

-Drive CAPEX optimization and cost savings.

-Manage lease agreements, renewals,



and property documentation.

-Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, landlords, and brokers.

-Ensure timely site handovers and effective property lifecycle management.

What We’re Looking For

-Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Site Acquisition, or Property Management.

-Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a relevant field.

-Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG will be preferred.

-Strong negotiation, communication, market analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
