Velsons Engineering Pvt. Limited is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking AC Technician Helpers to support our HVAC service team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the air conditioning industry. You will assist senior technicians with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of residential and commercial split air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in installing, servicing, and repairing split air conditioners.
- Carry and organize tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- Support copper pipe cutting, bending, flaring, insulation, and cable routing.
- Assist with AC mounting, drilling, and bracket installation.
- Clean AC filters, indoor and outdoor units, and drainage systems.
- Help with refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and vacuuming under technician supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness at customer sites and follow safety procedures.
- Handle company tools responsibly and ensure proper storage after work.
- Provide courteous and professional support to customers during service visits.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and electrical safety is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
