Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Captain with restaurant experience to manage daily restaurant service operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of restaurant service staff, including stewards and waiters.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest requests.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table setup, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place and readiness before restaurant service.
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff to maintain service quality.
- Monitor food and beverage service standards and follow restaurant SOPs.




- Coordinate billing, payment collection, and order accuracy when required.
- Check stock availability of service items and report shortages to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff coordination.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in restaurant service; prior experience as an F&B; Captain or Senior Steward is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service, menu presentation, and table service etiquette.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Qualified grooming, a positive attitude, and a guest-focused approach.
