Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Ensuringof Production planning of engines Monthly, Weekly and Daily.
- Ensuring of engines dispatchMonthly, Weekly and Daily.
- Ensuringof Production and Dispatch of current engines model as per timeline.
- Ensuring Dispatch of SPD components as per plan.
- Ensuring ECN implementation as per RandD release memo.
- Ensuring Component feedingto the assembly line and machine Shop.
- Ensuring Inventory Management as per plants requirements.
- Ensuring Annual stock taking and minimise variances if any.
- Ensuring Safety Grid Review and PPE adherence to Ensure Zero accidents.
- Ensuring implementation of TMW and TMSW guidelines.
- Ensuring all legal compliances to be met (Stores related)
