Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create creative designs for Instagram posts, carousels, stories, advertisements and campaigns.
- Design trip flyers, brochures, posters, sales & marketing materials.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.
- Create designs that communicate the experience and emotion of a destination, not just information.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, travel videos, promotional videos and short-form content.
- Create engaging hooks, transitions, text overlays, subtitles and storytelling sequences.
- Turn raw travel footage into engaging and emotionally appealing content.
- Edit videos according to Instagram/Reels trends while maintaining our brand identity.

Creative & Content

- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to develop content ideas.
- Understand different Northeast destinations, cultures and experiences and translate them into visual stories.




- Suggest new creative concepts for campaigns, trips and social media.
- Participate in photoshoots/travel shoots when required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of After Effects will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and social media content.
- Good sense of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a strong creative eye
- Understands travel, lifestyle and storytelling content
- Can create both premium static designs and engaging videos
- Is willing to experiment with new ideas
- Can take feedback positively and improve quickly
- Takes ownership of their work rather than simply completing assigned tasks

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.

Portfolio is Mandatory

Candidates must share their portfolio / Instagram / Behance / previous work along with their application.

Salary: 10,000- 15,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skill level and portfolio.
