​Job Overview

​We are looking for an energetic and skilled Cook / Quick Food Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing popular Indo-Chinese and fast-food favorites with consistent taste, speed, and hygiene.

​Note: Candidates of Nepali origin / Nepali cooks are highly preferred.
​Key Responsibilities

- ​Prepare and cook Indo-Chinese dishes including Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles, Manchurian, Chilli Chicken / Chilli Paneer, and Chilli Fries.
- ​Prepare Momos from scratch (steamed, fried, and jhol/chilli variations) along with authentic momo chutneys.
- ​Cook fast-food items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and wraps.
- ​Handle daily kitchen prep (chopping vegetables, marinating meats, prepping sauces and batters).
- ​Maintain strict standards of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and ingredient storage.




- ​Manage high-volume rush orders during peak hours while ensuring quick turnaround times and consistent taste.
- ​Keep track of kitchen stock and notify management when supplies are running low.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Experience: 1 to 3+ years of practical cooking experience in a restaurant, café, food truck, or cloud kitchen and Freshers can apply.
- ​Specialization: Strong command over Indo-Chinese dishes, momos, and fast-food items.
- ​Preference: Nepali cooks strongly preferred.
- ​Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- ​Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
