**Job Description — Accountant**

**Position Summary**

- **Job Title:** Accountant

- **Department:** Accounts

- **Reports To:** Higher Management

- **Location:** Jaipur (Jagatpura office)

- **Employment Type:** Full time

- **Experience:** 1–3 years

**Key Responsibilities**

*Day-to-Day Accounting*

- Record daily sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries in Tally.

- Raise GST invoices and keep track of customer advances and final payments.

- Reconcile bank statements.

- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

- Track outstanding receivables and payables.

- Support GST and TDS return preparation, and provide data to the auditor and consultant.

- Manage petty cash and keep vouchers and records in order.

*Inventory Management*

- Record material inward and outward in Tally against purchase orders and site dispatches.

- Maintain stock registers for panels, inverters, structures, cables and accessories.





- Reconcile physical stock with book stock every month.

- Track material issued to each project site and its return.

- Report low-stock and reorder requirements to Higher Management.

*Reporting*

- Submit daily cash and bank balances.

- Submit weekly receivables and payables status.

- Submit a monthly stock report.

**Qualifications**

- Commerce graduate (B.Com or equivalent).

- 2-3 years of accounting experience; experience in EPC, trading or manufacturing preferred.

**Skills**

- Hands-on Tally Prime, including the inventory module.

- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

- MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
