Job Role
We are looking for a Field Executive to visit properties available for sale or rent, collect basic property details, take clear photos, and share the information with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru.
- Take clear photos and videos of properties available for sale or rent.
- Capture key areas such as rooms, interiors, exterior, parking, entrance, and surroundings.
- Collect basic property information from the owner or contact person.
- Share property photos, videos, location, and details with the team.
- Coordinate with property owners for visits and access.
- Support the team with property-related field activities.
- Travel to different locations across Bengaluru as required.
Requirements
- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
Travel & Conveyance
- Travel within Bengaluru will be required based on property visits.
- Travel/conveyance support will be provided as per company policy.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to different property locations.
