- Make outbound calls to customers for periodic vehicle servicing and maintenance reminders.
- Inform customers about service due dates, service camps, offers, and special campaigns.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team.
- Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle servicing to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and appointment details in the CRM or DMS system.
- Follow up with customers who have not visited the service centre for a long time.
- Inform customers about vehicle pickup and delivery facilities, where available.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment, and customer follow-up targets.
- Escalate customer complaints and unresolved issues to the concerned manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
