Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer Intern with strong knowledge of graphic design, visual communication, and creative content development. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, typography, colour combinations, layouts, and branding, along with a willingness to create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital platforms.

Candidates with strong graphic design skills, a creative mindset, and a portfolio showcasing their work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create attractive graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Design creative posters, brochures, flyers, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create recruitment posters, company announcements, festival creatives, and corporate designs.
- Work on branding materials while maintaining consistency in colours, fonts, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to understand design requirements.
- Edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
- Follow current graphic design trends and create modern, engaging visuals.
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback and project requirements.
- Manage multiple design tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.




- Familiarity with Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Ability to create professional social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing materials.
- Good understanding of branding and visual consistency.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and design trends.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed a course in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field are preferred.
- A portfolio of design work is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Understanding of social media design specifications and digital advertising creatives.
