About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners in choosing the right upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learners’ career goals, interests, and learning requirements.
- Explain program details, curriculum, mentorship, projects, and career benefits.
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable upskilling programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paid enrolments.
- Handle learner queries and address concerns related to programs and admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions, or B2C sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close enrolments.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, and professional upskilling is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
