- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions through RPO hiring.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Schedule interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
- Manage candidate communication, documentation, and offer process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and daily hiring reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.
