* Assist in designing, developing, and testing scalable software modules and web applications.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under mentor guidance.

* Collaborate with senior engineers on debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.

* Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team brainstorming sessions.

* Explore and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Competencies

* *Core Programming:* Solid understanding of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).

* *CS Fundamentals:* Transparent grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Operating Systems concepts.

* *Database Knowledge:* Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or basic NoSQL (MongoDB), including writing basic queries and schema understanding.

* *Web Basics:* Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

* *Version Control:* Basic familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Professional & Communication Skills

* *Decent Communication Skills:* Ability to clearly express technical concepts, participate in team discussions, and write clean technical notes/documentation.

* Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools quickly.

Eligibility Criteria

* *Degrees Accepted:* B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science & Engineering or related IT streams), B.Sc. (Computer Science), BCA.

* Good academic track record with strong fundamentals in computing concepts.

* Active personal or academic projects showcasing practical application of core concepts.

Selection & Interview Process
