Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil BIM Modeller specialising in MEPF BIM modelling, particularly Fire Protection and Plumbing systems. The candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with basic knowledge of Dynamo. Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centres, Manufacturing, or Industrial Projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Fire Protection and Plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare sprinkler layouts, fire protection piping, plumbing networks, water supply, and drainage layouts.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare shop drawings, sections, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Incorporate design revisions and follow project BIM standards and applicable ISO 19650 guidelines.
- Use basic Dynamo scripts for repetitive tasks and workflow automation.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and deliver project outputs within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Civil BIM or MEPF BIM modelling.
- Valuable knowledge of Fire Protection and Plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; basic knowledge of Dynamo.
- Understanding of sprinkler systems, fire protection piping, water supply, and drainage networks.
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
