- Plan and schedule construction activities.
- Minimum 2 years of site experience
- Supervise daily site operations.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings.
- Ensure quality control and standards compliance.
- Enforce safety rules and site regulations.
- Manage materials and resources in office.
- Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct inspections and testing of work.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and codes.
- Oversee workforce and subcontractor performance.
- Handle measurement and site surveying tasks.
- Prepare final reports and assist in project handover.
