Job Description

Dr. Muthus Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies for hospital departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.
- Issue materials to respective departments as per approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store In-charge.
- Check the quantity, quality, and expiry dates of materials received.
- Arrange and organize store items for easy identification and access.




- Assist in stock verification and periodic physical inventory checks.
- Maintain proper documentation of goods received and issued.
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Follow hospital store procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage area.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills preferred.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
