Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our AI-powered solutions and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching AI solutions, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and other channels.
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Pitch AI solutions and services to potential clients based on their business requirements.
- Conduct client calls, presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client pain points and work with the internal team to propose suitable AI-led solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial discussions in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



opportunities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings and emerging AI use cases to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Experience in selling AI, SaaS, IT services, eLearning, digital solutions or technology services will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs, founders, HR/L&D; heads and other senior decision-makers.
- Robust prospecting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and position technology/AI solutions accordingly.
- Target-oriented, confident and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
