We are looking for a enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our travel agency. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential retail customers as well as B2B Travel Agents. Your primary focus will be introducing our travel services, presenting exclusive B2B packages/offers, successfully onboarding agents onto our network, and converting leads into travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Agent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Outbound Calling: Actively contact travel agents, sub-agents, and agencies to introduce our travel portal, packages, and services.
- Presenting B2B Offers: Explain trade rates, exclusive agent discounts, margin structures, and promotional offers to potential B2B partners.
- Agent Onboarding: Walk agents through the registration process and successfully onboard them as active business partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with onboarded agents through regular follow-ups and service support.

2. B2C Sales & Lead Generation

- Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential retail clients to understand their travel preferences, package requirements, and destination inquiries.




- Booking Assistance: Assist customers with customized itineraries, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and holiday package selections.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively handle lead follow-ups to close sales and meet monthly targets.

3. Support & Reporting

- Inquiry Resolution: Promptly resolve queries from both retail customers and B2B partners regarding pricing, availability, and travel itineraries.
- Data Management: Maintain explicit daily call logs, agent onboarding records, lead pipelines, and sales reports in Excel or CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive phone demeanor.
- Experience: Prior experience in travel sales, telecalling, or B2B sales/onboarding is preferred (freshers with good communication are also welcome).
- Sales Skills: Good negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet browsing, and CRM management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
