Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily orders on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Assist with Instagram content scheduling and basic social media management
- Coordinate with logistics for shipping and returns
Requirements:
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic tools)
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and social media
- Valuable written communication in English and Malayalam
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Freshers welcome; prior e-commerce or social media experience preferred
