JOB DESCRIPTION – HR MANAGER

Company: Shree Mahalasa & Co.
Job Location: Satpur, Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain good employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage employee performance, discipline, and engagement activities.
- Maintain HR documents, employee files, and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR activities and staffing requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly HR reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
