KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with customers and manage follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team for meetings.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
Follow up with potential customers and support sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely responses.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with a professional approach.
Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
