We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager – Modular Kitchens

V Home Spaces brings premium German modular kitchens and interiors to discerning homeowners across Kerala. Backed by D-Tech Group, a Kannur-based business group with over three decades in manufacturing, fabrication and building materials, we’re a young brand with solid foundations and big plans.

We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to take our premium kitchen business across North Kerala and help build it from the ground up.

What you’ll do

- Own sales and business development across 5 districts of North Kerala
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and premium homeowners
- Generate and follow up enquiries, run client meetings and showroom visits, and close sales
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, events and referral programs
- Track the market, competitors and customer feedback, and share insights with leadership

What we’re looking for

- 3–4 years of sales experience in modular kitchens, interiors or a closely related premium segment




- Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value sales
- A people person who enjoys meeting clients and building a network in the field
- Comfortable with regular travel across North Kerala
- Valid four-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
- Fluency in Malayalam and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
