We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and self-driven Social Media Content Creator to take charge of our brand’s social presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

In this role, you will own the content lifecycle from scratch from brainstorming viral concepts, writing engaging hooks, filming high-quality video/photo assets, editing energetic reels, and scheduling final posts. If you have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social algorithms, and an eye for aesthetics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Content Production: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static/carousel posts.
Ideation & Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, audio hooks, memes, and competitor strategies to pitch proactive, brand-aligned ideas weekly.
Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action (CTAs) tailored to our target audience and platform-specific best practices.
Asset Management: Maintain an organized digital library of raw footage, brand assets, templates, and finished content.
Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, track what works, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:



1–3+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content for brands, creators, or agencies (portfolio required).

Video Editing Mastery: Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro with a strong sense of pacing, sound design, and text animation.

Design & Visual Literacy: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and basic design using tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).

Trend Awareness: Deep familiarity with modern social media culture, algorithm updates, and content formats across Instagram and TikTok.

Autonomy: Ability to manage deadlines independently, handle feedback gracefully, and turn around rapid-response content when cultural moments align with the brand.

Preferred Tools Stack

Creation & Editing: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom.

Management & Scheduling: Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

Collaboration: Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.
