We are seeking an energetic and experienced Hospitality Trainer to lead the Learning & Development functions at the resort property. Sourced via Hospitality Infinity, this professional will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive hospitality service training programs. The primary goal is to elevate guest service delivery, standardize operational SOPs across all departments (Front Office, F&B; Service, and Housekeeping), and ensure our team delivers genuine luxury hospitality.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel operations, with at least 1 years of dedicated experience as a Hospitality / L&D; Trainer.
- Education: A regular Graduate Degree or a professional 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Administration from a recognized institute.
- Technical Skills:




- Deep operational knowledge of standard Property Management Systems (PMS) like IDS Next or Opera.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (spoken and written) to easily bridge communication gaps between domestic/international guests and staff.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking skills, a patient mentoring style, high emotional intelligence, and a energetic presence to command a training room.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Colva, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Staff training: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospitality Trainer : 1 year (Required)
