We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Land Acquisition to lead land sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition for real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have solid industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully closing land deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead landowner negotiations and structure commercially viable acquisition deals, joint ventures, and joint development agreements.
- Coordinate legal due diligence, title verification, land valuation, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop land acquisition strategies, budgets, and annual targets aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess acquisition risks.
- Lead the land acquisition team and drive timely deal closures.
- Prepare regular reports on acquisition pipelines,



deal progress, and project feasibility for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in land acquisition within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in land sourcing, negotiations, due diligence coordination, and acquisition closures.
- Strong network with landowners, property consultants, brokers, and local stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of land documentation, property laws, development regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
