We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to manage Salesforce projects, coordinate stakeholders, and handle day-to-day Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing project delivery and CRM improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Salesforce projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, administrators, and developers.
- Manage Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user access.
- Gather requirements, track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates.
- Support testing, deployments, documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant Salesforce and project management experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification — required.
- Project management certification (PMP or CAPM) — required.
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Salesforce development or integration experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
