We are Designers & Manufacturers of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), with our Office & Manufacturing Works located in Talawade, Pune, Maharashtra.

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to recruit TWO Electrical Engineers – Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, preferably Bachelor’s Degree holders in Electrical Engineering from the 2025 batch or later.

Candidates with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering may also be considered, provided they possess a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a valuable understanding of, and preferably hands-on exposure to:

- Electrical circuit design and interpretation
- Electrical panel wiring
- PLC / HMI programming

Candidates with up to one year of industry experience may apply. Formal training in the above areas from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.

Candidates must possess good theoretical knowledge of Electrical / Electronics Engineering, along with hands-on programming experience, strong grasping ability, and good retention skills.

12-Month Training & Learning Program

During the 12-month training period, candidates will receive extensive practical exposure to the following activities:

- Study the Function Logic provided for machine/panel manufacturing.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical components.
- Prepare wire and cable routing plans and ensure neat and systematic panel wiring.
- Program PLC and HMI systems as per machine requirements, including platforms such as Siemens, Fuji, Mitsubishi and Delta.
- Configure and set parameters for VFDs, Servo Drives, Stepper Drives, DC Drives and other industrial controllers.
- Assemble machine electrical panels and pendants as per drawings and work instructions.
- Complete electrical connections, run the machine, verify its functioning, and validate performance parameters.
- Participate in customer and third-party inspections,



record observations and improvement points, and implement the required modifications.
- Learn Industrial Robot programming, teaching and commissioning, and participate in robot commissioning at customer sites.
- Prepare comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Manuals, including PLC ladder diagrams, HMI screenshots and other relevant documentation.
- Visit customer sites for machine installation, commissioning and operator training.
- Attend customer-site breakdowns, diagnose electrical/control-related problems and restore machine operation.
- Wherever possible, provide remote troubleshooting support in coordination with the customer's maintenance team.

The objective of the training program is to develop candidates into independent Electrical / Automation Engineers, capable of handling electrical and automation activities associated with Special Purpose Machines from panel building and programming through machine testing, commissioning and customer support.

Stipend During Training

During the 12-month training period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month, depending on their existing proficiency and technical capabilities.

Career Opportunity After Training

Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be considered for absorption into the company as Electrical Engineers, with salaries ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 per month, depending on their demonstrated proficiency, technical capabilities and performance.
