Relationship Manager – Equity

Job Description:
We are looking for a target-oriented Relationship Manager – Equity to acquire and manage clients, generate brokerage revenue, and grow equity trading business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and generate brokerage revenue.
- Manage and retain existing clients.
- Share market updates, stock ideas, and trading insights.
- Increase client trading activity and reactivate inactive clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with Research, RMS, Operations, and Back Office teams.
- Ensure quality client servicing and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Equity Broking / Stock Broking.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, Demat, and Trading Accounts.
- Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on revenue generation.
- NISM certification preferred.
