- Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, real estate project videos, property walkthroughs, site visit videos, and corporate videos.
- Add transitions, effects, background music, text overlays, subtitles, and voiceovers.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure high-quality video output according to company branding and marketing requirements.
- Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional advertisements.
- Create real estate project creatives, property highlights, offers, and marketing materials.
- Prepare professional designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain consistency in company logos, fonts, colours, and overall brand identity.
- Software Knowledge
- CorelDRAW: Knowledge of vector designing, layouts, print materials, and marketing creatives.
- Adobe Photoshop: Knowledge of photo editing, image manipulation, background removal, retouching, and creative design.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Knowledge of video editing, colour correction, transitions, audio syncing, effects, and final video rendering.
- Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create creative content for the company's social media pages and digital marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Develop visual content for property launches, project promotions, events, and customer engagement.
- Complete assigned creative tasks within the given deadlines.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain video footage, design files, project assets, and final exports.
- Follow company guidelines for the confidential handling of internal files and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, graphic design techniques, and social media formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Practical knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience in video editing and graphic designing, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
- Positive understanding of visual storytelling, typography, colour combinations, transitions, and composition.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into professional visual content.
- A portfolio of previous video editing and graphic design work is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
