Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and educational purposes. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, storytelling abilities, and the ability to handle a high volume of editing work, with an expected output of 4–5 videos per day, depending on video length and complexity, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging, and visually appealing videos.
- Edit and deliver 4–5 videos daily, maintaining quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Perform video cutting, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, and audio enhancement.
- Add text, captions, subtitles, background music, and sound effects as required.
- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Incorporate basic motion graphics and visual effects where necessary.
- Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Review and revise videos based on feedback while meeting daily deadlines and content schedules.
- Organize and maintain raw footage,



project files, graphics, audio, and final exports.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in professional video editing.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of editing techniques, colour correction, audio mixing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Knowledge of subtitles, typography, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, handle high-volume editing, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
- Experience in EdTech, corporate, promotional, or educational video editing.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media trends.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into engaging video content.
