Are you someone who enjoys travelling, exploring current places, and meeting people? Join Zorba Estates as a Field Executive and explore real estate opportunities across Bengaluru. Your role is to discover properties available for sale or rent, capture attractive property photos and videos, collect basic details, and share them with our team to help connect property owners with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore assigned locations across Bengaluru to discover properties available for sale or rent.
- Visit residential and commercial properties and capture clear, attractive photos and videos.
- Connect with property owners and collect essential property information.
- Gather details such as location, property type, size,
price, and owner contact information.
- Share property photos, videos, and details with the internal team for further processing.
- Build good relationships with property owners and identify current property opportunities.
- Update the team regularly on field visits and newly identified properties.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and an interest in fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone skills for capturing and sharing property photos and videos.
- Kannada-speaking ability is preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred for convenient field travel.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
