Job Description
SMAG Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Floor Incharge for its garment manufacturing unit specializing in T-Shirts, Kidswear, Jackets, Lowers, and Sweatshirts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production floor operations and achieve production targets.
- Supervise manpower, production supervisors, and line workers.
- Ensure product quality and timely order completion.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and stores departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and resolve floor-level issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production supervision.
- Knowledge of knitwear, stitching operations, and production planning.
- Strong leadership, manpower handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
