Role Overview

Responsible for conducting in-depth research, data analysis and impact assessment related to corporate evaluation through evidence-based insights, benchmarking and documentation. The role involves supporting clients in CSR Strategy Formulation, Project Planning and Performing, Base Time Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and Social Development Projects.

· Knowledge of CSR laws and guidelines (Companies Act, 2013; CSR Rules; Schedule VII), ensuring compliance.

· Familiarity with Social Impact Assessment Tools and Sustainability Frameworks.

· Coordinate with corporates, NGOs and partners for project delivery.

· Prepare CSR reports, case studies and impact stories.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Robust Research Orientation and Analytical Skills.

· Excellent English written and verbal communication.

· Strong audit, survey, project management and training capabilities

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, Google Meet, reporting tools, Data Visualization and report writing.

· Project Management – Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver projects





· Client Relations – Strong customer-handling and engagement skills

· Teamwork – Collaborative, reliable and cooperative mind-set

Qualifications & Experiences:

· Graduation / Post Graduation in Social Work / Data Science / Economics / Data Analytics / Development Studies

· 5 - 8 years of experience in CSR research, consulting, social impact assessment or project management preferred.

Convent schooling (mandatory)

Travel: This role may require light travel, so you should be able to travel 10 to 15 days per month.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
