1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative projects, design high-quality visuals, edit engaging videos, and support digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should have strong design skills, video editing expertise, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

2. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create high-quality posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Design product packaging, product boxes, catalogues, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on client requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Review and improve designs created by junior designers.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, reels, advertisements, product videos, and corporate videos.
- Create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Ensure video quality, correct dimensions, suitable formats, and platform-specific requirements.
- Create short-form and long-form video content according to project requirements.





Team Management & Quality Control

- Guide and support junior graphic designers and video editors.
- Review all creative work before submitting it for internal approval or client delivery.
- Ensure all designs and videos meet company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the social media, marketing, and project management teams.
- Distribute creative tasks and monitor progress when required.

Client & Project Coordination

- Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the team to collect content, references, and necessary assets.
- Complete assigned projects within the agreed deadlines.
- Handle revisions and feedback professionally.
- Maintain organized project files and update task status in the company's project management tools.

3. Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create engaging social media creatives, reels, and advertisements.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, time management, and team coordination skills.
