Job Title: Video Editor – Podcast & Digital Content
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Bilekahalli, Bangalore (Near BTM Layout & J.P. Nagar Vega City Mall)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team, primarily focusing on podcast video editing and digital content production. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, audio-video synchronization, and creating engaging content for YouTube and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form podcast videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging podcast highlights, reels, shorts, and promotional clips.
- Synchronize audio and video, improve audio quality, and maintain consistent video quality.
- Add subtitles, captions, transitions, graphics, and visual effects wherever required.
- Identify engaging moments from podcasts and convert them into short-form content.
- Maintain smooth pacing and storytelling to keep viewers engaged.
- Add relevant B-roll footage, images, animations, and background music when needed.
- Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to deliver videos on time.
- Organize project files and maintain consistency across all video content.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or talking-head videos is preferred.
- Knowledge of audio synchronization, noise reduction, colour correction, and basic sound design.
- Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Good understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of subtitles, motion graphics, and basic animation is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and communicate in Kannada and English.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- A portfolio or showreel of previous video editing work is required.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and portfolio.
