Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP BI/BW/4HANA Trainer to deliver professional training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Business Intelligence (BI), SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP BW/4HANA, with a positive understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, ETL processes, reporting, and analytics.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through SAP BW/4HANA development, data integration, reporting, and real-time industry projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP BI, SAP BW, and SAP BW/4HANA.
- Explain data warehousing concepts, architecture, and end-to-end data flow.
- Train learners on SAP BW data modeling and data provisioning.
- Provide hands-on training on InfoObjects, DataStore Objects (DSOs), CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views.
- Explain data acquisition, transformation, loading, and data integration processes.
- Train learners on Data Transfer Processes (DTPs), transformations, and process chains.
- Cover ADSOs, InfoProviders, and BW/4HANA modeling concepts.
- Provide training on SAP HANA-based modeling and performance optimization.
- Explain reporting and analytics using SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other relevant tools.
- Introduce learners to SAP BW queries, variables, filters, and reporting structures.
- Explain integration with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and external data sources.
- Provide practical demonstrations, assignments, and real-time business scenarios.




- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide learners through end-to-end implementation scenarios and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP BI/BW and SAP BW/4HANA.
- Good understanding of data warehousing architecture and concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP BW data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Experience with ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, and InfoObjects.
- Understanding of DTPs, transformations, process chains, and data provisioning.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and BW/4HANA optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP BW queries and reporting functionalities.
- Understanding of SAP source system integration and data flows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP BW Consultant, SAP BI Consultant, BW/4HANA Consultant, or SAP Trainer.
- Experience in SAP BW/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA SQL and performance tuning is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, or Analysis for Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP BW on HANA and modern SAP data warehousing solutions.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
