- Supervise daily fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, drilling, fitting, and assembly of structures.
- Read and understand structural drawings and software drawings for fabrication work.
- Identify structural components, materials, and parts as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper identification, marking, and assembly of fabricated materials.
- Coordinate with workers and ensure timely completion of fabrication work.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and daily work progress.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fabrication systems and structural drawings.
- Ability to understand software-generated drawings.
- Knowledge of structural component identification.
- Experience in fabrication supervision, manpower handling, and quality control.
