Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other content formats.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content ideas relevant to the target audience.
- Write creative captions, post descriptions, and engaging calls to action.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop quality content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and respond professionally.
- Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and clicks.
- Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, brand awareness, and organic growth.




- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, and content quality across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to develop creative content ideas and engaging social media strategies.
- Strong caption writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools and platform analytics.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of hashtags, audience targeting, engagement strategies, and social media algorithms.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in creating Instagram Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and stories.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and campaign performance.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.
