Job Title: Cambridge Montessori Facilitator (Preschool)

About Us:

Premium Preschool in Dehradun following Integrated Cambridge Early Years + Montessori + NCF-FS Curriculum.

Role Overview:

We are looking for warm, loving and trained Facilitators who can facilitate growth and learning, not just teach. If you love early years and know Montessori & Jolly Phonics, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Facilitation:

- Facilitate daily learning as per Cambridge Early Years + Montessori + Play-based curriculum

- Set up Montessori corners & learning materials before class

- Conduct Circle Time, Phonics (Jolly Phonics), Numeracy, Storytelling, Art & Sensory activities

- Observe each child and maintain child portfolios & assessment sheets

2. Child Care & Safety:

- Ensure 100% safety, hygiene, and well-being of children

- Support children in independence - eating, toilet, grooming, classroom routine

- Manage classroom behavior with positive discipline

3. Parent Partnership:

- Daily parent communication (verbal + app update)

- Participate in PTMs, events, orientations, and workshops

Classroom Management:

- Maintain classroom display, materials, and learning resources

- Plan weekly activities with Coordinator

Requirements:

- *Education:* Graduate + NTT / Montessori / ECCE (Mandatory)

- *Experience:* 1-4 years as Preschool Teacher / Facilitator. Freshers with excellent English can also apply.

- *Skills:*

- Strong English communication (MUST), multilingual is a bonus.

- Knowledge of Montessori Apparatus

- Trained in Jolly Phonics (Preferred, not mandatory - we will train)

- Understanding of Cambridge Early Years / EYFS

- Loving, patient, creative and energetic with kids

Preference: Candidates from Cambridge / International Preschools / Experienced Montessori Schools
