- Manage contractors and labour, including manpower allocation and workforce coordination.
- Plan and allocate machines according to production requirements and order priorities.
- Coordinate with Dyeing and Printing Masters to discuss upcoming production programmes.
- Prepare next-day production plans based on pending orders, machine availability and production priorities.
- Allocate production jobs to appropriate machines to ensure optimum utilization and maximum output.
- Discuss production claims, quality issues and process-related concerns with Masters and take necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor production progress and ensure smooth coordination between Dyeing, Printing and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing production delays.
Shift schedule :- 9 to 9 , Working days : - 30 days , Qualification :- 12th minimum, Experience:- 3 to 4 years, computer knowledge must.
