Role and Responsibilities

- Handle technical queries from US-based customers through chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions.




- Assist customers with service-related queries and technical concerns.
- Maintain written communication quality and response-time standards.
- Meet customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of BPO chat support experience is mandatory.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
