Job Position:- Service Manager

Location:- Kochi,Kerala

Salary:- ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience:- 4-6 yrs

Job Responsibilities:-

- Manage day-to-day service and maintenance operations for solar PV systems.
- Supervise and coordinate solar service technicians and field service teams.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and electrical components.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests, and technical escalations.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate site visits, troubleshooting, repairs, and system commissioning support.
- Ensure service quality, safety standards, and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records,



and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with project, installation, procurement, and sales teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:-

- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
- Positive team management and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
