Business Analyst / Lead Business Analysis Trainer – Part-Time
Compensation
₹1000–₹1200 per teaching hour
Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst professional who can train students in real-world Business Analysis, requirements, process improvement and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Teach Business Analysis concepts using real business cases.
● Train students on:
○ Stakeholder Analysis
○ Requirement Elicitation
○ BRD / FRD / SRS
○ User Stories
○ Acceptance Criteria
○ Use Cases
○ RTM
○ Process Mapping
○ AS-IS / TO-BE
○ BPMN / Swimlane
○ Gap Analysis
○ Agile / Scrum
○ UAT
● Guide students through Business Analysis projects.
● Review assignments and project submissions.
● Conduct case studies, role-plays and mock stakeholder discussions.
● Help students convert business problems into structured requirements.

Required Experience
● 5+ years as Business Analyst / Senior BA / Product Analyst / Consultant.
● Solid experience in requirements and process analysis.
● Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
● Strong documentation skills.
● Corporate/project experience preferred.
Must Have
Real project experience > theoretical teaching experience.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
