Experience :

- Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management.
- Experience in the cafe, restaurant, hotel, bakery, food service, or hospitality industry will be an advantage

Key Responsibility :

- Identify purchase requirements based on stock levels, consumption patterns, sales forecasts, and departmental requests.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders after obtaining the required approvals.
- Coordinate with storekeepers, outlet managers, and the central kitchen team to monitor stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Check expiry dates, batch details, and applicable food safety requirements for food and beverage products.




- Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery at the designated outlet, store, or central kitchen.
- erify supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery challans, received quantities, and agreed rates before forwarding them for payment processing.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor details, invoices, delivery records, and other procurement documents.
- ollow up with the Accounts Department regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and vendor outstanding balances.
- Prepare regular reports on purchases, price comparisons, vendor performance, pending orders, and purchase expenses.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
