Looking for a candidate preferably with age 40 years and above who can take ownership of factory operations, maintain production discipline, control inventory and wastage, uphold product quality and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning with minimal supervision.

- Substantial hands-on experience and maturity in managing factory operations.
- Prior experience in paint manufacturing is strongly preferred; relevant experience in chemical or allied manufacturing may also be considered.
- Proven experience in production supervision, inventory control and quality management is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage factory workers and coordinate day-to-day operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of stock registers, production records and basic computer-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

- Plan, supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, raw materials, machinery and other resources.

- Monitor production schedules and minimise downtime, wastage and operational inefficiencies.

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and workplace safety practices.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement of materials.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.





- Minimise material wastage, pilferage and unnecessary inventory holding.

3. Quality Management & Control

- Ensure consistent product quality at every stage of manufacturing.

- Monitor quality parameters for raw materials, in-process production and finished products.

- Identify quality issues, investigate their causes and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with established quality standards.

4. Workforce & Team Management

- Supervise factory workers, operators and supporting staff.

- Allocate duties, monitor performance and ensure workforce discipline.

- Maintain effective coordination between production, stores, quality and dispatch teams.

- Resolve shop-floor issues through effective communication and problem-solving.

5. Factory Operations & Reporting

- Monitor daily factory performance and report production, inventory and quality status to management.

- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery, equipment and the factory premises.

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and streamline processes.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and factory regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
