Role overview

We are looking for a Senior FP&A; Analyst to lead our planning, forecasting and financial modelling. You will build the models that shape decisions on growth, current stores, pricing and investment, and give leadership a clear view of where the business is heading.

Key responsibilities

Planning and forecasting

- Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts, from timetable to final sign-off.
- Build driver-based forecasts for sales, margin, payroll and overheads by store and channel.
- Own the rolling 13-week cash forecast and the longer-term financial plan.

Modelling and scenarios

- Build and maintain the company's integrated three-statement financial model.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analysis on demand, pricing, costs and supply.
- Model the impact of regulatory or market changes on sales and margin.

Commercial analysis

- Analyse sales and margin trends by store, product, channel and customer.
- Support pricing, promotion and range decisions with buying and marketing.
- Benchmark store performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Investment appraisal

- Build business cases for new stores, refits, relocations and closures using NPV, IRR and payback.




- Track returns on past investments against their original business cases.

KPIs and dashboards

- Design and maintain KPI dashboards for the leadership team in Power BI or similar.
- Present insight and recommendations to senior managers and the board.

Process and development

- Improve planning tools, data quality and automation across FP&A.;
- Coach and support analysts and the wider finance team on modelling and analysis.

Qualifications and experience

Essential

- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or a strong finance or economics degree with equivalent experience.
- [4–6] years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or financial modelling.
- Expert Excel modelling skills, including integrated three-statement models.
- Experience leading budget and forecast cycles.
- Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Desirable

- Experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods.
- Experience with Power BI or another BI tool, and SQL or Python for data work..

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
